摘 要:基于电容法研制出筒状半封闭式结构焊条药皮含水量传感器,给出了传感器的结构,分析了其测量原理。通过GB 5117-1995法测量低氢型J707碱性焊条的药皮含水量,并用该传感器测定与其对应的电容值,对二者的相关关系进行实验研究。结果表明,该传感器与理论分析有较好的一致性;焊条药皮含水量在低于2.4%的范围内,焊条药皮含水量与传感器电容量具有较好的线性关系,能够通过测量焊条药皮的电容值来确定药皮含水量,且传感器测试精度和误差符合工程应用要求。Based on the electrical capacitance method,a sensor of electrode coating water content with cylindrical semi-en-closed structure was developed.The structure of the sensor was given and its measuring principle was analyzed.Water content ofthe low hydrogen type J707 alkaline electrode could be measured by the method in GB 5117-1995 and corresponding capacitancevalue was measured with this sensor,then the relationship between the water content of the coating and the electrical capacitancevalue of the measuring sensor was studied.The results show that the sensor has good consistency with theoretical analysis.Whenthe percent of electrode-s water content is less than 2.4%,the water content of the coating has a good linear relationship with thesensor-s electrical capacitance value.By measuring the electrical capacitance of the electrode coating to ascertain the percent of it-swater content,the sensor-s test accuracy and error meet the requirements of engineering applications.
