摘  要:丛式井电磁防碰是精确控制复杂结构井钻进轨迹的核心技术。基于主动防碰测距原理,研制了丛式井电磁防碰信号采集系统。硬件电路设计包括三轴传感器选型、前置放大滤波电路、A/D转换电路,数据传输系统的硬件设计;在软件设计上完成了CZT数字滤波编程和上位机界面的设计。经过实验,首先验证仪器可靠稳定,能够迅速地处理淹没于强噪声环境的微弱电磁随钻信号;其次所研制的邻井距离探测信号采集系统,最大有效测距距离可达50 m,可以满足丛式井的钻井工程实际需求。Electromagnetic anti-collision technology of the cluster wells is the core technology of the precise control of drill-ing trajectory for complex structure wells. Based on the principle of active anti-collision ranging, cluster wells anti-collision elec-tromagnetic signal acquisition system was designed. The hardware circuit design include three axis sensor selection, preamplifierand filter circuit, A/ D conversion circuit, the hardware design of data transmission system. In software design, the design of dig-ital filter included CZT programming and PC interface. After the experiment, the first reliable validation instrument can quicklyhandle submerged in strong noise environment, weak electromagnetic MWD signal; Secondly, the maximum effective distance ofthe designed adjacent wells detection signal acquisition system is up to 50 m, meeting the needs of the cluster well drilling engi-neering actual demand.
