摘 要:针对电站锅炉热膨胀人工检测存在的问题,提出一种基于CAN总线的分布式锅炉膨胀实时监测方法。针对系统通信要求,设计了CAN总线应用层协议的报文格式和通信模式。在实验室的模拟锅炉环境下进行应用实验。结果表明:基于CAN总线的锅炉膨胀监测系统保证了通信的实时性、可靠性,能够取代原有的人工测量方法,提高电站的自动化水平。Aiming at the deficiencies in manual measurement of boiler expansion, a distributed boiler expansion monitoringmethod based on CAN bus was proposed. The design of protocol format and communication mode of CAN bus application-layerprotocol were described in details according to system communication requirements. The system was tested successfully in thesimulated boiler laboratory environment, and the results show that the design of hardware and application-layer protocol can en-sure the reliability and real-time of communication system. The boiler expansion monitoring system can replace the original manu-al measurement method to improve the automation level of power plant.
