摘 要:文中从超声波在二元混合气体中传播的物理特性出发,根据理想气体状态方程,解算出二元混合气体成分与声速的函数关系。并以此为基础与气体压力值进行最小二乘曲面拟合,避免系统误差和偶然误差,计算气体的摩尔分数和流量。研制出一款基于单片机的超声波气体流量计,根据测量声速、温度、压力计算出气体摩尔分数和流量。工程应用验证与氧分析仪对比摩尔分数误差小于0.5%,与气流分析仪对比误差小于±0.03 L/min。According to the ideal gas state equation,this paper starts from the physical characteristics of ultrasonic propaga-tion in binary mixtures and solves the functional relationship between binary mixtures gas composition and sound velocity. On thisbasis,the least square surface fitting of the gas pressure value was obtained,overcoming systematic errors and accidental errors,gas concentration and flow were calculated. An ultrasonic gas flowmeter based on single chip microcomputer was developed. Thegas concentration and flow were measured by measuring the sound velocity,temperature and pressure.The instrument,verified bythe engineering application and compared with the oxygen analyzer,the concentration error is less than 0.5%. The flow error isless than ±0.03 L/ min compared with the air flow analyzer.
