摘  要:测控系统是试验台建设中的重要组成部分。针对航空涡轴发动机高速轴承试验台,设计了一套高效、高稳定性的分布式测控系统。该系统包括测试和控制2部分:测试部分利用Compact DAQ系列数采平台周期性采集外部信号,在LabVIEW开发环境下编程实现数据采集、分析、记录等测试功能;控制部分采用S7-300系列PLC,使用STEP 7、Win CC软件完成试验转速、载荷等参数控制以及联锁保护等功能。利用OPC技术,通过工业以太网实现LabVIEW平台与PLC数据交互,从而保证测试与控制同步运行。目前,该试验台已投入使用,用于航空发动机轴承性能和疲劳试验,系统运行稳定、可靠。Measurement and control system is an important component of the test-bed construction. Aiming at aircraft turboprop-engine spindle-bearing test bench,a distributed measurement and scontrol system was designed,which is stable and efficient. This system includes two parts of measurement and control. In the measurement section,NI Compact DAQ platform was applied to acquire the external signals periodically. The measurement functions such as data acquisition,analysis and recording were realized under the LabVIEW development environment. In the control section,the rotating speech control,load control and interlock protection were realized by using SIMATIC S7-300 PLC hardware platform and STEP 7,Win CC software. OPC technology was used to achieve the data exchange between LabVIEW development platform and PLC through Ethernet,so the measurement and control could keep pace. The bearing test bed has been used in performance test and fatigue test of Aero-Engine Bearing. The system can work steadily and reliably.
