摘 要:以内燃机缸套内表面作为加工对象,升级基于单片机串行工作时序的激光微加工控制系统,改用基于FPGA并行工作时序的激光微加工控制系统。增加主轴转速、增大编码器精度,比较基于单片机、FPGA系统在缸套内表面实现"单脉冲同点间隔多次"激光微加工工艺效果。结果表明:FPGA控制系统能够在高主轴转速、高编码器精度下完成激光微加工工艺,效果优异,过程高效、稳定。相比基于单片机激光微加工控制系统,基于FPGA的微加工控制系统能胜任大孔径、高主轴转速条件下的气缸缸套内表面微织构加工工艺。Based on the inner surface of the cylinder liner of the internal combustion engine,the laser micro machining control system of serial working time of the single chip microcomputer was updated,the new laser micro machining control system based on the FPGA parallel working sequence was designed. The spindle speed and the accuracy of the encoder were increased.The effect of laser processing of single pulse processing on same point with time intervals on the inner surface of cylinder liner based on single chip microcomputer and FPGA system by increasing the speed of spindle and the precision of encoder was compared. The results show that the FPGA control system can complete the laser micro machining technology with high spindle speed and high encoder accuracy,the effect is excellent,the whole process is efficient and stable. Compared with the control system based on single chip laser micro machining,the micro machining control system based on FPGA can be used to process the inner surface micro texturing process of cylinder liner under the condition of large aperture combustion engine and high spindle speed.
