肌内效贴对老年膝骨性关节炎病人膝关节本体感觉的影响

摘　　要：目的本研究探讨肌内效贴改善老年膝骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)病人膝关节本体感觉的短期效果。方法将50例患有KOA的老年人随机分为2组:肌内效贴组和安慰贴组,每组各25例。肌内效贴组采用具有特殊弹力的肌内效贴进行感觉输入贴扎法,安慰贴组采用无弹力的白贴进行相应贴扎法。贴扎前后均使用等速测试仪在15°、30°、45°进行膝关节主动角度复位测定,并以此对本体感觉进行评估。结果贴扎后肌内效贴组三个角度的膝关节主动角度复位的偏差值均明显缩小(P<0.01),而安慰贴组的膝关节主动角度复位的偏差值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。此外,肌内效贴组在15°时贴扎前后的偏差值变化幅度明显大于30°和45°时的变化幅度(P<0.01),而安慰贴组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论肌内效贴可以缩小膝关节主动角度复位的偏差值,在短期内改善膝关节的本体感觉。Objective To investigate the short-term effects of Kinesio taping on proprioception in elderly people with knee osteoarthritis（KOA）.Methods Fifty elderly participants with KOA were randomly allocated to two groups： the Kinesio taping group and the placebo taping group.Before and after intervention,proprioception was assessed using reproduction of knee joint angles test at the target angles of 15,30,and 45 degrees with Biodex isokinetic.Results At these three angles,deviation values of reproduction of knee joint angles were reduced significantly in Kinesio taping group（P0.01）.There was no significant difference was founded in the placebo taping group（P〈0.05）.In addition,there was biggest change of deviation value at 15 degree in the Kinesio taping group（P0.01）,but no significant difference in the placebo taping group（P〉0.05）.Conclusions These results demonstrate that Kinesio taping application can increase proprioception significantly in a short period.In particular,proprioception at 15 degrees shows the greatest improvement.
