摘  要:充气密封圈是实现检漏收集室密封的关键,研究其密封性的设计具有重要的工程意义。旧检漏收集室采用的无棱充气密封圈的密封效果不佳,且密封可靠性也较差,因此,针对某收集室的新建要求,有必要对充气密封圈进行重新的设计,以提高检漏收集室的密封性及可靠性。本文首先根据充气密封圈的密封机理,设计出一种新型截面型式的充气密封圈;其次,通过有限元仿真的对比分析,得到了新旧两种不同截面型式充气密封圈密封面上的应力分布规律,并以此为基础,确定了新型截面型式充气密封圈的优越性;最后,通过对新建收集室的密封性测试试验,进一步验证了新型截面型式充气密封圈密封性和可靠性。本文的结论可以为航天器用检漏收集室充气密封圈的设计提供重要的技术支撑。A novel type of inflatable sealing ring,dedicated to the leak-detection accumulation chamberin ground-test of space-craft,was designed to solve the low reliability and poor sealing problems of the conventional non-edge inflatable sealing ring. The distributions of stress and displacement of the inflatable sealing rings with and without edges were mathematically modeled,numerically simulated in finite element method and experimentally evaluated. The sealing performance of the newly-designed inflatable sealing ring with 3 parallel protruding edges was tested. The simulated and test results show that at the same pressure,the new inflatable sealing ring outperforms the conventional one without edge because of the multifold sealing,stronger contact stress,tighter sealing and higher reliability. We suggest that the newly-developed inflatable sealing ring be of some technological interest in ground leak-detection of space-craft.
