摘 要:泡沫排水采气技术是解决气井生产中后期带水困难的化学排水采气方法,实际泡沫排水效果受到气井开采环境条件变化因素的影响。为满足在高温、高矿化度等深井条件下的使用要求,需研制耐高温及综合性能优异的固体泡排剂。通过对不同类型的发泡剂单剂、助剂筛选优化后进行正交优化复配实验,研制出了新型固体泡排剂SWP,其最佳配方质量组成为m椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱:m月桂酰胜丙基氯化胺:m黄原胶=3:1:(0.1~0.15)。进一步对该泡排剂进行抗温、抗盐、抗甲醇及携液量等方面性能评价,结果表明,当泡排剂使用浓度0.3%时,在矿化度2%~10%、甲醇浓度5%~20%、温度90℃的条件下.泡排剂具有起泡能力强、泡沫稳定性好、携液量高、耐高温、抗甲醇和抗盐能力好的优点,综合性能优异。推荐SWP固体泡排剂的使用浓度范围为0.2%~0.3%。The gas recovery technology of foaming drainage is a chemical method for solving the difficult drainage in middle-later stage of production in gas wells.Actual effect of foaming drainage is often affected by the changes of mining environmental conditions in the gas well.In order to meet the demands of deep wells with high temperature and high salinity,solid foaming drainage agent with high temperature resistance and good comprehensive performance should be developed.Orthogonal optimization test for combination was done after various types of single-dose of foaming agent and additives were screened and optimized.And then new-type of solid foaming drainage agent SWP was developed,whose best formula of quality is mCAS:mLAO:mxsnthan gum=3:1: (0.1-0.15).Temperature resistance,sah resistance,methanol tolerance,carrying liquid volume and other perfor- mances of SWP were evaluated further.The results show that the foaming drainage agent has the advantages of good foaming ability and foam stability,high carrying liquid volume ,high temperature resistance,methanol tolerance and salt resistance at the conditions of the concentration of the foaming drainage agent of 0.3%, the salinity of 2% to 10%,methanol concentration of 5% to 20%,and temperature of 90~C.Its comprehensive performance is excellent.The recommended concentration of the SWP is 0.2% to 0.3%.
