摘　　要：目的研究美洲大蠊Periplaneta americana L.化学成分。方法美洲大蠊90%乙醇提取物采用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到16个化合物,分别鉴定为亮氨酸(1)、尿嘧啶(2)、乙酰胺(3)、缬氨酸(4)、γ-氨基丁酸(5)、丙三醇(6)、methyl,2-piperidinecarboxylate(7)、吡嗪(8)、原儿茶酸-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、脱氧胸苷(10)、环(脯-丝)(11)、环(脯-天冬酰胺)(12)、苯丙氨酸(13)、多巴胺(14)、肌苷(15)、酪胺(16)。结论化合物3、7~12、14、16均为首次从美洲大蠊及大蠊属中分离得到。AIM To study the chemical constituents from P. americana L.. METHODS The 90% ethanol extract from P. americana was isolated and purified by silica,ODS,Sephadex LH-20,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS Sixteen compounds were isolated and identified as L-leucine（ 1）,uracil（ 2）,acetamide（ 3）,valine（ 4）,γ-aminobutyric acid（ 5）,glycerol（ 6）,methyl,2-piperidinecarboxylate（ 7）,pyrazine（ 8）,protocatechuic acid-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside（ 9）,thymidine（ 10）,cyclo（ Pro-Ser）（ 11）,cyclo（ Pro-Asn）（ 12）,phenylalanine（ 13）,4-（ 2-aminoethyl）benzene-1,2-diol（ 14）,inosine（ 15）,tyramine（ 16）. CONCLUSION Compounds 3,7-12,14,16 are all isolated from Periplaneta americana and genus Periplaneta for the first time.
