摘  要:为了探讨过冷沸腾流动条件下纳米流体的结垢特性,文中以γ-Al_2O_3水基纳米流体为研究对象,通过改变热流密度、入口温度及质量流量实验研究了γ-Al_2O_3纳米流体在不锈钢换热表面的结垢特性。结果表明,过冷沸腾时γ-Al_2O_3纳米流体颗粒污垢和纳米悬浮液颗粒污垢均没有明显的诱导期,γ-Al_2O_3纳米流体的污垢热阻渐近值及结垢速率均明显小于纳米颗粒悬浮液。热流密度及入口温度对γ-Al_2O_3纳米流体的污垢特性影响显著,并且具有相似的作用结果,随着热流密度和入口温度的升高,纳米流体的结垢速率明显加快,污垢热阻渐近值也随之明显增大。随着质量流量的增加,γ-Al_2O_3纳米流体的污垢热阻值减小,结垢速率变小。In order to study on the fouling characteristics of nanofluid under subcooled boiling.We choose γ-Al_2O_3/water nanofluid as the research object.The characteristics of γ-Al_2O_3 nanofluid on the surface of stainless steel were experimentally studied by changing the heat flux,the inlet temperature and the mass flux.The results show that,the particulate fouling of γ-Al_2O_3 nanofluid and nano-particle suspension have no apparent induction period.The fouling rate and the asymptotic value of fouling resistance of the γ-Al_2O_3 nanofluid are much less than the nano-particle suspension.The heat flux and the inlet temperature significant effect the fouling characteristics of γ-Al_2O_3 nanofluid,and have the similar exercising results.The fouling rate and the asymptotic value of fouling resistance of the nanofluid increase with the increase of the heat flux and the inlet temperature.With the mass flux increase,the fouling rate and the asymptotic value of fouling resistance of the nanofluid decrease.
