摘 要:真空断路器短路开断能力与真空电弧的控制技术及断路器分闸速度的控制技术紧密相关。该文的研究目标为基于真空电弧强电弧模式向扩散态模式转变规律对杯状纵磁触头真空灭弧室分闸速度进行设计。通过对杯状纵磁触头在不同分闸速度、不同燃弧时间条件下进行拉弧试验,研究的影响强电弧模式持续时间、强电弧模式转变为扩散态模式时刻的临界纵向磁场及与之对应的临界触头开距与分闸速度的关系。试验结果显示,真空灭弧室分闸速度和燃弧时间对真空电弧阳极放电模式的演变具有显著影响,较高的分闸速度能够使得强电弧模式快速转变为扩散态模式。强电弧模式转变为扩散态模式时刻对应的临界触头开距及其临界纵向磁场强度、强电弧模式持续时间,随电弧电流的增大而增大,且不同的分闸速度条件下强电弧模式转变为扩散态模式的临界触头开距具有峰值效应。在真空断路器分闸速度的设计过程中,宜使得真空灭弧室刚分速度高于该峰值临界触头开距所对应的分闸速度。研究结果可为应用杯状纵磁触头的真空断路器的分闸速度的设计提供理论依据。The nominal short-circuit current breaking capability of a vacuum circuit breaker(VCB) is closely correlated with the vacuum arc controlling technology and the opening velocity controlling technology.The goal of this paper is to determine an opening velocity for vacuum interrupters(VIs),with an application of axial magnetic field(AMF) contacts,based on the evolving of vacuum arc intense arc mode into diffuse arc mode.The influences of the opening velocity on the duration of the intense arc mode,the critical axial magnetic flux density,and the corresponding critical contact gap for the evolving from intense arc mode into diffuse arc mode were experimentally determined by applying different opening velocities and arcing time during the arcing process.Experimental results show that both the opening velocity and the arcing time have a significant influence on the evolvement of vacuum arc anode discharge mode.The higher the opening velocity,the easier for the intense arc mode evolving into the diffuse arc mode.The critical contact gap,the critical magnetic flux density,and the duration for the intense arc mode are all increasing with the increasing of the arcing current,during the evolvement of vacuum arc anode mode from intense arc mode into diffuse arc mode.The dependence of the critical contact gap on the opening velocity shows that there exists a peak critical contact gap,which corresponds to a threshold opening velocity.For the design of the opening velocity of the VCB,the preferred velocity should be the higher beyond the threshold opening velocity the better for the intense arc mode evolving into diffuse arc mode.The results of this paper theoretically contribute to the design of opening velocity of the VCB.
