月白散促进肛瘘术后创面愈合临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的观察月白散治疗肛瘘术后创面愈合的临床疗效。方法将120例肛瘘手术患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各60例,治疗组术后创面换药采用月白散外敷,对照组术后创面换药采用百科瑞纱布外敷。观察2组患者术后第7天、第14天创面面积、创面溢液、创面出血量、创面疼痛及创面愈合时间。结果 2组患者术后第7天、第14天创面面积、创面溢液、创面出血量、创面疼痛等方面治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者创面愈合时间比较,治疗组短于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论月白散应用于肛瘘术后创面愈合可减少术后创面溢液、出血,减轻术后创面疼痛,促进创面愈合。Objective To observe the clinical effect of wound healing after anal fistula operations with Yuebai powder.Methods The 120 postoperative anal fistula patients were randomly divided into treatment group（n = 60） and control group（n =60）,treatment group was treated with Yuebai powder in promoting wound healing,control group was treated with Bio-enzyme gauze dressing.Compared two groups of patients with area,drainage scores,bleeding,pain scores of the wound at postoperative day 1,14 and wound healing time.Results Two groups of patients with significant difference in wound healing time,area,drainage scores,bleeding,pain scores,etc at postoperative day 1,14.Treatment group was better than control group（P〈0.05）.Healing time of treatment group was shorter than control group（P〈0.05）.The difference has statistical significance.Conclusion Yuebai Powder is effective on the treatment of wound healing of postoperative anal fistula,with less discharge,less bleeding,less pain,and fast recovery.It is marked curative effect.
