摘　　要：目的分析逍遥散加味治疗肝郁型失眠的临床疗效。方法选取90例肝郁型失眠患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各45例,对照组给予口服艾司唑仑治疗,观察组给予逍遥散加味治疗,对比2组疗效、症状缓解时间及睡眠质量。结果观察组与对照组相比总有效率较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组相比抑郁易怒、心悸、头晕眼花、神疲乏力、胸胁胀满症状消失时间较短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后与治疗前相比入睡时间、夜间苏醒、比期望的时间早睡、总睡眠时间、总睡眠质量、白天情绪、白天身体功能及白天思睡评分均降低,观察组治疗后与对照组治疗后相比上述评分降低更加显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论逍遥散加味治疗肝郁型失眠临床疗效明显优于艾司唑仑,能够有效促进症状的缓解,改善睡眠质量。Objective To explore and analyze clinical efficacy of Supplemented Xiaoyao Powder in the treatment of liver depression type insomnia.Methods 90 cases of insomnia patients with liver depression were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random digital table method,with 45 cases in each group,The control group was given oral estazolam treatment,observation group received Supplemented Xiaoyao Powder treatment,compared 2 groups of curative effect,relieve symptoms and sleep quality.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The observation group compared with the control group,heart palpitations,dizziness,irritability,depression,fatigue,bloating symptoms disappeared in a short time,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The 2 groups before and after treatment,compared with the time of falling asleep,waking up at night,the time to go to bed early and total sleep time,sleep quality,the mood during the day,the body function and daytime sleepiness score were decreased after treatment in the observation group compared with the control group after treatment,the score decreased more significantly,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Supplemented Xiaoyao Powder in treating liver type insomnia is better than estazolam,can effectively promote the relief of symptoms,improve the quality of sleep.
