补肺活血化痰方联合噻托溴铵治疗老年缓解期慢性阻塞性肺疾病

摘　　要：目的探讨补肺活血化痰方联合噻托溴铵治疗老年缓解期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月-2017年1月我院收治的98例老年缓解期COPD患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其平均分为观察组与对照组。对照组给予噻托溴铵进行治疗,1粒/次,1次/d;观察组在对照组治疗基础上另给予补肺活血化痰方,1剂/d。2组患者的疗程均为12周。治疗后,评价2组治疗效果。治疗前后,分别检测2组患者FEV1、FVC与PEF等肺功能指标,PaO_2、PaCO_2及pH等血气指标,IL-8、α1-AT与IL-6等炎性指标水平。治疗期间,密切观察患者的不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为91.2%,明显高于对照组的78.7%(P<0.05);观察组FEV1、FVC与PEF水平分别为(2.76±0.33)L、(3.01±0.44)L及(6.38±1.44)L/S,均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组PaO_2、PaCO_2、pH、IL-8、α1-AT与IL-6改善程度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肺活血化痰方联合噻托溴铵可有效改善老年患者缓解期COPD的肺部功能。Objective Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the Bufei Huoxuehuatan Formula combined with tiotropium bromide on stable period of elderly chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods Methods 98 patients with stable period of elderly COPD in our hospital from Jan.2016 to Jan.2017 were divided into treatment group and control group randomly,49 cases in each group.The control group was given tiotropium bromide（1 table/time,1 time/day）,while the treatment group was treated by Bufei Huoxuehuatan Formula（1 dose/day） on the basis of control group.The treatment time was 12 weeks.After the treatment,the effects were observed in the 2 groups.Before and after the treatment,the levels of FEV1,FVC,PEF,PaO2,PaCO2,PH,IL-8,α1-AT and IL-6 were compared between two groups.During the treatment,the adverse actions were observed in the 2 groups.Results Results After the treatment,the total effective rate was 91.2% in the treatment group,significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.After the treatment,the levels of FEV1,FVC and PEF were（2.76±0.33） L,（3.01±0.44） L and（6.38±1.44） L/S in the treatment group,significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）,while the levels of PaO2,PaCO2,PH,IL-8,α1-AT and IL-6 were significantly promoted in the treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Conclusion The curative effect of Bufei Huoxuehuatan Formula combined with tiotropium bromide on stable period of elderly chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is affirmative,could promoted the lung function in the patients.
