摘　　要：地理信息涵盖了空间测量信息、对地观测信息、地理统计信息、地理时空大数据信息,其覆盖范围之大,服务领域之广,正逐步推动测绘地理信息工作从提供地理信息数据走向提供地理信息综合服务。空间规划是"地理信息+"服务的一个重要领域。"地理信息+"贯穿于规划编制、规划管理、规划实施和规划监督等整个规划过程。"地理信息+空间规划"为保护与合理利用空间资源提供先进的技术工具,助力各类空间规划编制,推进"多规融合",并在现代空间规划管理中发挥巨大效用。Geographic information contains spatial measurement information,earth observation information,geographical statistics information,and geographical spatial-temporal big data.It has a wide coverage and extensive range of services.Meanwhile,the geographic information system is promoting the development of surveying and mapping work from supporting geo-information data to render comprehensive geo-information service.Spatial planning is one of the most important area of the＂geo-information ＋ ＂service.This service penetrates the whole planning process of planning formulation,planning management,planning implementation and planning supervision.＂Geographic information ＋ spatial planning＂provides an advanced auxiliary instrument for the protection and rational utilization of spatial resources.It also integrates various kinds of spatial planning tasks,and boosts the pace of＂Multiple planning integration＂,which exerts powerful effect on modern spatial planning.
