增订版前列腺癌临床综合扩展指数量表的汉化及信效度研究

摘　　要：目的引进并翻译增订版前列腺癌临床综合扩展指数量表,并对其进行信效度检验。方法通过"正向翻译-翻译综合-逆向回译-文化调试-预实验"的程序对英文版增订版前列腺癌临床综合扩展指数量表进行汉化,形成中文版增订版前列腺癌临床综合扩展指数量表,对160例前列腺癌患者进行调查研究,运用SPSS 17.0软件分析检验其信效度。结果中文版增订版前列腺癌临床综合扩展指数量表有16个条目,共5个维度,量表总Cronbach’sα系数为0.824,各维度Cronbach’sα系数为0.616~0.869。重测信度系数为0.985(95%CI=0.897~0.998)。主成分因子分析得出5个公因子,累计方差贡献率为71.341%。结论中文版增订版前列腺癌临床综合扩展指数量表具有较好的信效度,可用于测评前列腺癌患者的生活质量。Objective To test the reliability and validity of Chinese Version of Expanded Prostate Cancer Index Composite for Clinical Practice（EPIC-CP）.Method Chinesizing English-version of EPIC-CP by procedure of direct translation-translation integration-reversed translation-culture adaption-pre-experiment to receive a Chinese version of EPICCP.Investigate 160 patients with prostate cancer and analyze its reliability and validity by SPSS 17.0.Result There are 16 items and 5 dimensions in Chinese version of EPIC-CP.Total Cronbach＇sαcoefficient is 0.824.Cronbach＇sαcoefficients of each dimension is 0.616~0.869.Test-retest reliability coefficient is 0.985（95%CI=0.897~0.998）.5 common factors are analyzed from principal component factor.Cumulative Percent Variance is 71.341%.Conclusion Chinese version of EPIC-CP has nice reliability and validity,which can be used to evaluate quality of life for patients with prostate cancer.
