摘　　要：目的了解年轻宫颈癌患者配偶的性生活体验,为患者及其配偶的心理护理及健康教育提供针对性干预策略。方法采取质性研究中的现象学研究方法,选取年轻宫颈癌患者配偶12例,用半结构式深入访谈法收集资料,借助Nvivo 8软件,应用Colaizzi分析法分析资料并形成主题。结果提炼出3个主题为态度层面、行为层面、认识层面。结论年轻宫颈癌患者配偶性生活体验较差。Objective To study the sexual life experience of young cervical cancer patients＇ spouses and provide corresponding intervention references for psychological nursing and health education for them.Method Choose 12 young cervical cancer patients＇ spouses by phenomenological research method of qualitative research to receive semi-structure in-depth interview.Analyze the information by Colaizzi Analysis with software of Nvivo 8 and form a theme.Result 3 themes are extracted,which are attitude level,behavior level and cognition level.Conclusion Sexual life experience of young cervical cancer patients＇ spouses is poor.
