摘　　要：生态环境是人类生存的基础,是地球最为宝贵的资源。然而,伴随我国工业化和城市化过程而产生的环境灾难与日俱增,对环境犯罪打击与预防显得愈加重要。我国一直寻找抗治环境犯罪的方针,架设预防环境犯罪的对策,附加刑一直是应对环境犯罪的首选手段。因此,只有把脉附加刑在环境犯罪适用过程中的不足,寻求优化附加刑的途径,才能进一步有效抗治环境犯罪。The ecological environment is the basis of human survival and the most valuable resource of the earth. However, with the increasing environmental disaster in the process of industrialization and urbanization in China, the attack and prevention of environmental crime is becoming more and more important. Our country has been looking for the policy of combating environmental crime and setting up countermeasures to prevent environmental crimes. Property punishment has always been the preferred means of dealing with environmental crimes. Therefore, only the lack of pulse property punishment in environmental crime in the process of application, to seek the way to optimize the property punishment, further effective in combating environmental crime.
