摘 要:为了研究氩弧焊对UNS31803双相不锈钢焊接接头综合性能的影响,采用GTAW焊接方法对UNS31803双相不锈钢管进行对接焊试验,焊后分别对焊接接头进行拉伸、弯曲、冲击、硬度和金相等试验,并对焊接接头各区域进行铁素体含量测试。检测结果表明,母材、焊缝和热影响区中铁素体的平均含量分别为44.75%、47.75%和59.00%,满足铁素体比例为35%~65%的标准要求。研究结果表明,采用适当的焊接工艺,并且严格控制焊接热输入和层间温度,可获得力学性能优良的焊接接头。In order to research GTAW on UNS31803 duplex stainless steel welded joint properties, UNS31803 duplex stainless steel was butt welded by GTAW, tensile test, bending test, impact test, hardness test and metallographic test were taken for welded joint after welding, and welded joint zone was tested ferrite content. The ferrite average content of base metal, weld and heat affected zone were 44.75%, 47.75% and 59.00%, and it met standard requirements of 35%~65% ferrite content. The results showed that excellent mechanical properties welded joint could obtained by appropriate welding procedure and strictly controlling welding heat-input and interpass temperature.
