摘 要:随着爆炸复合结构在工程领域的广泛应用,对主导结构服役性能的界面结合状态进行有效识别的需求也日益迫切。针对爆炸复合结构界面结合状态复杂,振动信号具有非平稳性,难以提取特征信息的情况,提出了一种基于双树复小波包能量熵的爆炸复合结构结合状态识别方法。该方法的特色和核心是利用双树复小波包变换对采集的爆炸复合管的多模态混叠响应信号进行模态分离,实现状态特征信息的提取,通过能量熵指标对模态信号的能量分布特性进行描述,从而实现爆炸复合管不同结合状态的识别。将该方法应用于不同工况的爆炸复合管道结合状态识别,识别结果验证了该方法的有效性。With the increasing application of explosive composite structures in many engineering fields, the demand for the interface bonding state detection of the explosive composite structures which dominated the service performance of structures was more and more urgent. Due to the complex interface bonding state, the vibration signal of explosive composite structures was nonstationary and difficult to extract the feature information. Based on this vibration characteristic, a new bonding state detection method for explosive composite structures based on dual-tree complex wavelet packet transform and energy entropy was proposed. The characteristics and cores of the proposed method were using dual-tree complex wavelet packet transform to separate modal aliasing response signal and realize extraction of state feature information, using energy entropy to quantitate the complexity of the signal energy distribution, and realizing different bonding state recognition of explosive composite pipe.The method had been used to detect the bonding state of explosive composite pipes in different cases, and the detection results verified the effectiveness of the method.
