摘 要:生物质热化学转化的方法有热解、液化、汽化等,生物质液化因反应条件温和而具有工业化的潜力。木屑和乙醇在高压反应釜内发生醇解反应,用气质联用仪(GC/MS)分析了醇解产物,考查了反应温度、时间和液料比对醇解产物的影响。实验结果表明,反应温度与醇解产物成正比,并且温度对醇解产物影响很大,而醇解时间对醇解产物的影响并不大。在醇解产物中检测出百余种化合物,主要是苯酚类化合物和价值类化合物,同时还检测出甲氧基苯的化合物,这些都可以作为精细化学品所利用。Biomass thermochemical conversion methods include pyrolysis, liquefaction and vaporization. Biomass liquefaction has industrial potential due to mild reaction conditions. Sawdust and ethanol alcoholysis reaction in a high-pressure reactor, with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS) analysis of the alcoholysis products, the effects of reaction temperature, time and solid-liquid ratio on the alcoholysis products. The experimental results show that the reaction temperature and the alcoholysis products is proportional. Temperature of alcoholysis products influence, opposite influence the length of the alcoholysis products are not. Detection of hundreds of kinds of compounds in the alcoholysis products, mainly phenolic compounds and compounds of value. Compounds of methoxy benzene were also detected, which could be used as fine chemicals.
