摘  要:研究了在微反应器中,连续合成亚磷酸三乙酯的新工艺。以氨气为缚酸剂,考查进料系统物料配比、酯化温度、溶剂量、停留时间、氨气量对反应的影响,并进一步优化工艺条件。结果表明:在优化的工艺条件下,制备的亚磷酸三乙酯纯度高;相比于反应釜,微反应器反应条件温和,产品收率高,生产效率以及安全性大大增加。The application and main production methods of triethyl phosphite were introduced, and the new process of synthesis of triethyl phosphate was studied in the micro-channel reaction. The material proportion, esterification temperature, solvent quantity, time of residence and ammonia quantity were investigated to the effects of reaction by using ammonia as the hinder, and the process conditions were further optimized. The results showed that the purity of triethyl phosphite was high in the optimized process. Compared with the reaction kettle, the reaction conditions of the micro-channel reaction are mild, the yield is high, the production efficiency and safety are greatly increased.
