稀土元素在牙科全瓷材料着色中的应用与研究现状

摘　　要：全瓷材料凭借优秀的生物相容性和理化特性在临床得到了广泛应用。为了模拟天然牙的呈色,近年来,利用稀土元素独特的光学性能对其进行着色处理取得了良好的效果。本文对稀土元素在氧化锆及玻璃陶瓷等牙科常见全瓷修复材料着色中的应用,着色后材料的力学性能及细胞毒性的研究情况,以及稀土元素对牙科釉性能的提升作用进行综述。All-ceramic dental materials have been widely used in clinic with the excellent biocompatibility and physicochemical properties.In recent years, in order to simulate the coloring effect of natural teeth, the rare earth elements with unique optical properties have been usedfor coloring the materials which have achieved good results. The review briefly summarizes the application of rare earth elements in thecoloring of zirconia and glass ceramics and other common dental all-ceramic restorative materials, the research status of mechanical propertiesand cytotoxicity of the materials after being colored, and effects of rare earth elements on dental glaze properites.
