摘　　要：本文以陶瓷设计何以出新作为主线,从陶瓷设计实践的适时而变、异同兼顾、合理综合、资源转化等四个方面展开论述。提出设计师与艺术家通过设计实践导向的寻求或借鉴,可成为知行合一、化解问题的有心人。This article focuses that how ceramic design will innovate. It makes the relevant discussion in four aspects of the practice ofceramic design： timely change, balance between similarity and difference, reasonable combination, and resource transformation. It proposesthat the designers and artists may have the power to make the unity between their theory and practice and solve problems when they exploreor draw on the successful experience of their design.
