摘 要:为了研究极寒地区环氧树脂复合材料应用的可靠性,制备了微米Al_2O_3填料含量分别为0、20%、50%和75%的环氧树脂试样,采用恒温试验箱对试样进行低温冷冻处理,并测试了试样的介质损耗因数和介电常数,得到不同温度下、不同Al_2O_3含量环氧树脂材料的介电性能变化规律,分析了环氧树脂复合材料介电性能变化的原因。结果表明:随着微米Al_2O_3填料含量的增加,环氧树脂复合材料的介质损耗因数减小,相对介电常数增大;随着温度的降低,环氧树脂复合材料的介质损耗因数呈先增大后减小的趋势,相对介电常数呈减小趋势。In order to study the application reliability of epoxy resin insulating materials in very cold areas, pure epoxy resin and the samples with 20%, 50% and 75% of micro-Al203 fillers were prepared. The samples were cryopreserved in constant temperature test chamber, their dielectric loss factor and permittivity were tested. The variation of dielectric properties of epoxy composites with temperature and micron Al203 fillers contents were obtained, and the reasons for changes of dielectric properties of the samples were analyzed. The results show that with the increase of micron A1203 fillers content, the dielec- tric loss factor of epoxy resin composites decreases, while the relative dielectric constant increases; with the decrease of temperature, the dielectric loss factor increases at first and then decreases, while the rela- tive dielectric constant decreases.
