摘　　要：对研发中心现行的热塑性复合材料力学性能测试系统进行了分析,针对力学性能破坏性测试的特点,采用嵌套设计,对现行测试中主要的变异来源进行了方差分析,给出了各个变异来源的方差分量和相对大小,为优化当前测试系统提供了数据支撑。In this paper, the existing system for testing the mechanical properties of thermoplastic composite materi-als in the research and development center is analyzed. Regarding the features of destructive testing for mechanicalproperties, nested design is used, and variance analysis for the main sources of variation in the current tests ismade, giving the variance components and the relative size of each variation source so as to provide data support foroptimizing the current testing system.
