摘 要:为了克服铸造Al-Si合金在常规铸造工艺下容易出现气孔、疏松等铸造缺陷的问题,研究了机械振动工艺参数对铸造Al-Si合金组织和常温拉伸力学性能的影响,并分析了机械振动的作用机理。结果表明,随着机械振动频率的增加,Al-Si合金的抗拉强度和断后伸长率出现先增加而后降低的趋势,在机械振动频率为30 Hz时取得最大值,继续增加机械振动频率反而会使得合金的抗拉强度和断后伸长率降低;在机械振幅为0.3 mm时Al-Si合金取得了最高的强度和塑性,继续增加振幅会使得合金的强度和塑性降低;适宜机械振动参数为:机械振动频率为30 Hz、机械振动幅度0.3 mm、振动方向为0°。In order to overcome casting defects such as porosity and porosity of castAl-Sii alloy occurred under conventional casting process, the effects of mechanical vibration parameters on the microstructure and tensile properties at room temperature of as-cast Al-Si alloy were studied, and the mechanism of mechanical vibration was investigated. The results show that with the increase of mechanical vibration frequency of the Al-Si alloy, the tensile strength and elongation increase firstly and then decrease, the maximum value in the mechanical vibration frequency is 30 Hz, continue to increase the frequency of mechanical vibration will make the tensile strength and elongation decrease. When the mechanical amplitude is 0.3 mm, Al-Si alloy has the highest strength and plasticity, and the increase of amplitude will decrease the strength and plasticity of the alloy. The suitable mechanical vibration parameters for Al-Sialloy as follows, the mechanical vibration frequency is 30 Hz, the mechanical vibration amplitude of the vibration direction is 0.3 mm, and the vibration direction is 0 °.
