摘　　要：针对Z8440冷芯盒射芯机在实际使用中存在的问题,对其控制系统进行了改进。以原CP1H PLC为核心,扩展外部I/O、引入多回路传感器,实时采集与制芯过程相关的机、电、液、气等过程数据,利用搭建的通用以太网与上位机通信。系统改进后,废芯率明显降低,实现了对制芯工艺及设备的远程监控和管理。Aiming at the problems existing in the actual use of Z8440 cold core box, the control system was improved. Original CP1H PLC as the core, expanding external I/O, introducing multi-loop sensor, and real-time acquisition and core-making process related machine, electricity, liquid, gas and other process data, the general internet communication with the upper machine were utilized. After the improvement of the system, the waste core rate is obviously reduced, and the remote monitoring and management of the core technology and equipment is realized.
