摘 要:研究了焊接热输入对C-Mn钢板焊接接头宏观形貌、微观组织、显微硬度和冲击性能的影响,建立不同焊接热输入下组织演变与性能之间的对应关系。结果表明,随着焊接热输入的提高,C-Mn钢板焊接接头熔深逐渐增加。当焊接热输入小于165 J/mm^2时,钢板未完全焊透。热输入为75 J/mm^2和95 J/mm^2时,焊缝区主要由马氏体组成,而在热输入为125~225 J/mm^2时,焊缝区主要由马氏体、贝氏体和铁素体组成。焊接热输入为225 J/mm^2时钢板焊接接头的峰值硬度相较焊接热输入为75 J/mm^2时下降了约17%。C-Mn钢板适宜的焊接热输入为125~165 J/mm^2。The effect of welding heat input on macrostructure, microstructure, microhardness and impact properties of the C-Mn steel welded joints were studied, and the corresponding relationship between the mechanical properties and mierostructure evolution under different welding heat input were established. The results show that with the increase of the welding heat input, the penetration depth of steel plate welded joints increase. When the welding heat input is less than 165 J/mm2, the steel plate can't be fully welded. When the heat input is 75 J/mm2 and 95 J/mm2, the welded zone is mainly composed of martensite, while heat input is 125-225 J/mm2, the welded zone is mainly composed of martensite, bainite and ferrite, when the welding heat input is 225 J/mm2, the peak hardness of the steel plate welded joint decreases by about 17% compared with the welding heat input of 75 J/rnm2. The suitable welding heat input of construction steel plate is 125- 165 J/mm2.
