摘 要:地下水封储库工程对水封条件和水封效果要求较高,在施工期仍需保持高于洞顶的地下水位以保证水封效果。针对国内某大型地下水封储库的地质、结构和施工特殊性而出现的岩体灌浆难题,提出一套完备的技术体系,利用数字平台三维地质展示及破碎带预测提前预知地质情况,结合专用的早强快硬灌浆材料、牵引灌浆工艺,围岩补强一体化灌浆设备及相应检测手段,在工程不良地质区进行有效灌浆,较好地解决了地下水封储库灌浆难题。针对循环灌浆工艺发现基于硫铝酸盐水泥的灌浆材料在不同压力循环下水化放热峰值时间随循环时间的加长而缩短,抗压强度随循环时间的加长而降低。本文研究成果可为大型地下水封储库围岩快速补强灌浆提供重要依据和技术支持。The large underground water-sealed storage caverns projects are quite different from traditional underground projects because the water-sealed conditions and effects are very strict for them. Especially in construction period,the water level must overtops the tunnels all the time in order to ensure its normal operation. In one of the large underground water-sealed storage caverns,it was encountered some grouting problems because of the specificity of geology,structure and construction. A series of solutions were proposed from these aspects: digital platform showed 3 D geology model and faults to predict the geological conditions,grouting material which had high strength in early time,derive grouting technology that could expel water and leave cement in the microfissure,integral grouting machine and relative testing methods. These were applied in the poor geological sections and obtained good results. Considered about the problems of circulative grouting technology,a new type of grouting material was invented based on sulphoaluminate cement. By laboratory experiments,it is noticed that with the circulation proceeding,the hydration exothermic peak time reached earlier,and the peak temperature was higher if the pressure rose. The compressive strength would be reduced with the circulation lasting,and the long it lasts,the lower strength was.These results were very important to guide grouting construction and controlling in the projects.
