摘  要:四球摩擦磨损试验机广泛应用于润滑剂抗磨损性能和承载能力的测定,其中钢球质量对试验结果的影响大。以Falex钢球、海门钢球、上海钢球与石科院钢球为考察对象,分析和比较了四球试验数据的稳定性,将Falex钢球与海门钢球混合分组使用,研究了不同组合钢球对四球摩擦试验结果的影响。研究表明:进口钢球磨合期短,稳定性高,数据可靠,而国产钢球随着摩擦时间的增长数据重复性也趋于稳定;钢球混合使用时,由于存在硬度差导致上下钢球摩擦状态发生变化而影响四球试验结果。Four-ball tester is widely used in the determination of lubricant wear resistance and load carrying capacity. Especially, the quality of steel balls has huge influence on test results. Taking Falex, Haimen, Shanghai and R.I.P.P. balls as investigation objects, the stability of the measured data in friction experiments was analyzed and compared. In addition, the hybrid groups of Falex and Haimen steel balls were used to study the influences of different combinations of steel balls on friction results. Results showed that the running time of imported steel balls was short and the data were stable and reliable. The domestic steel balls tended to be stable with the increase of the friction time. When the steel balls were used in combination, the friction state changed due to the hardness differences between the upper and lower steel balls and the four- ball results were influenced as well.
