摘 要:为了掌握河南省鸡源大肠杆菌的耐药性情况,从规模化鸡场抽取样品120批,通过细菌的分离、纯化,采用BD Phoenix^(TM)-100全自动微生物鉴定系统对分离的大肠杆菌进行鉴定,并通过微量肉汤稀释法对分离菌株进行药物敏感性分析。结果显示,共分离菌株100株,分离率为83.3%。分离菌株对四环素、氨苄西林、磺胺异噁唑、恩诺沙星、复方新诺明耐药严重,耐药率均在80%以上,表明河南省鸡源大肠杆菌耐药情况较为严重。The aim of the present study was to characterize the antimicrobial resistance profile of Escherichia coli(E. coli)isolates from chicken in Henan province. A total of 120 samples were recovered from the large-scale chicken farm, and the E.coli stains were isolated and subsequently confirmed by a commercial automated microbiology identification system(BD Phoenix^TM-100). The susceptibility of the E. coli isolates to the selected antimicrobial agents was determined by broth micro-dilution test. The results showed that a total of 100 E. coli isolates were obtained with the isolating rate of 83.3%; high resistance rate(above 80%) were observed to tetracycline, ampicillin, sulfafurazole, enrofloxacin, and compound sulfamethoxazole. Our investigation demonstrates the prevalence of antibiotic resistant E. coli isolates in chicken farms in Henan Province.
