大学生入党动机现状分析与对策研究——以粤西某高校为例

摘　　要：高校学生党员是青年中的先进代表,理应拥有崇高的理想信念和全心全意为人民服务的精神,但在当前国际、国内思想文化多样化和价值观多元化背景下,部分大学生在入党动机上却出现了偏差。笔者以粤西某高校为例,通过问卷方法,对大学生入党动机状况进行调查和分析,并结合实际指出端正大学生入党动机的方法和途径,可从源头上保证大学生党员队伍的纯洁性和先进性。The college student party members are the representatives of the advanced youth,should have lofty ideals and beliefs and the spirit of serving the people wholeheartedly,but in the diverse background of the current international and domestic ideological and cultural diversity and value,part of the college students in the motives appear deviation. According to the west of a university as an example,through questionnaire method,investigation and analysis of the motivation of college students,and combined with the practice,pointed out the methods and ways of university students＇ motivation to join the party,can guarantee the purity and the progressiveness of Party members of college students from the source.
