摘　　要：本文以吉林农业大学应用生物科学专业(食药用菌方向)为主要研究对象,通过制定合理的培养目标,安排可行的教学课程及相应的教学内容,突出"复合型"人才培养目标;突出理论教学与实践教学的结合;突出学科基础和应用的结合;突出学生动手能力的培养与国际国内行业前沿发展接轨,经过将近8年的本科教学实践,对人才培养模式进行了不断的改革与创新。sApplied Bioscience （edible fungi direction） in Jilin Agricultural University is as the research object,thetalent training mode of the major related edible fungi,like training aim,course curricxflum and teaching contents,havebeen reformed and innovated by teaching practice for nearly 8 years,which highlight the integrated talents＇ training aim,highlight the combination of theory teaching and practice teaching and highlight the manipulative ability training andresearch and edible fungi trace developing of domestic and international.
