摘  要:目的:研究不同DNA抽提方法对肺癌血浆循环DNA的提取效果。方法:选取68例肺癌患者为研究对象,比较Gen Mag Bio磁珠法、San Prep柱式PCR产物纯化试剂盒方法、苯酚-氯仿法对肺癌血浆循环DNA的提取效果。结果:几种方法中,磁珠法具有最高的提取效率和最低的CV值。结论:磁珠法对肺癌血浆循环DNA具有最好的抽提效果,适合于对小片段DNA的提取。Objective:To study the effect of different extraction methods'for circulating DNA in plasma frompatients with Lung cancer, Method:For 68 patients with lung cancer were selected as object. The extraction effect ofGenMagBio magnetic beads,SanPrep column PCtk methods and Phenol--chloroform method was compared forcirculating DNA in plasma from patients with lung cancer. Results:The magnetic beads method had the highestextraction efficiency and the lowest CV value. Conclusion:The magnetic beads method has the best extraction efficiencyfor circulating DNA in plasma from patients with lung cancer, especially suitbale for the extraction of small fragmentDNA.
