摘  要:为了解决目前工业和军工领域中大多数中频处理模块中的瞬时带宽低、动态范围小、传输速率慢等问题,设计了一种基于PXIe的宽带中频信号处理模块。该模块基于软件无线电技术,采用模块化设计,实现对宽带信号的采集、分析、处理与传输。模块选用ADI公司的超高速、大动态ADC芯片AD9690完成宽带信号的采集,以及数字IQ正交变换和第一级降采样等处理,并通过其自带的JESD204B数据发送模块将高速数字信号传输至Xilinx公司Kintex-7系列FPGA进行二次降采样、时域/频域转换等处理。模块采用单槽3U标准PXIe板卡设计,与PXIe控制器实现500MB/s高速数据传输。该模块分析带宽最高360MHz,动态范围可达105d Bc,可以广泛应用于频谱分析、频谱监测、数字接收机等场合。In order to solve the problems of low instantaneous bandwidth,small dynamic range and slow transmission speed in most of the intermediate frequency processing modules of industrial and military fields,a wideband intermediate frequency signal processing module based on PXIe is designed The module is based on the software radio technology and adopts the modular design to realize the acquisition,analysis,processing and transmission of the broadband signal Module selects the ADI company super high speed and large dynamic ADC chip AD9690 to realize the broadband signal acquisition,digital IQ orthogonal transform and first descending sampling processing,and to transmit data from the JESD204B data transmission module to the Xilinx company Kintex-7 series FPGA in which the module realizes second descending sampling and time/frequency conversion processing The module adopts the PXIe board design with single slot and standard 3 U size,and the 500 MB/s high speed data transmission is realized with the PXIe controller.The max analysis bandwidth of the module is 360 MHz,and the dynamic range can reach 110 dBc,which can be widely applied to spectrum analysis,spectrum monitoring,digital receiver and other occasions
