摘 要:在需要高压、低功率输出的场合,一般采用电荷泵电路,其以结构简单,功耗低的优势,得到广泛应用。但大部份电荷泵电路设计时都采用开环结构,使得输出电压受环境影响而变化。本文提出一种基于负反馈结构的电荷泵电路,实现了宽输入范围4—5.5V,输出电压30V,详细介绍了电路结构,并给出了电路仿真结果。In the field of high voltage and low power output,charge pump circuit is widely used? It is widely used because of its simple structure and low power consumption? But most of the charge pump circuits are designed with open loop structure,which makes the output voltage vary with the environment? A charge pump circuit based on negative feedback structure is proposed in this paper? The wide input range is 4-5?5 V,and the output voltage is 30 V?The circuit structure is introduced in detail,and the circuit simulation results are given?
