摘  要:为了更好地使煤炭为人们的生产生活做出贡献,有关行业加大了煤炭的开采规模和数量,也加大了煤矿电气控制电路检修的难度。基于对煤矿电气控制电路检修技术的分析,研究旨在总结目前煤矿电气控制电路常见故障,并针对这些故障探索有效的解决方法。综合运用实地调查法、文献查阅法、规范研究法等多种研究方法,最终得出结论:目前煤矿电气控制电路最为常见的故障主要有短路故障、断路故障、电控系统失控故障以及电路参数匹配故障。对此,有效的检修程序是排除故障、电路检修及检测,对应的科学方法包括原理排除法、经验法以及电阻法。希望通过对煤矿电气控制电路检修的研究,能够为煤矿电气控制电路检修技术的提升建言献策,为煤矿事业的健康发展提供帮助,从而为国家经济建设贡献绵薄之力。With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology, many aspects of social construction in China has been greatly developed, making many fields of industry in our country is faced with new challenges in the current stage. As one of the major energy in our country, coal in all aspects of social construction plays a huge role, the production and living of people cannot do without it. In order to make the coal contribute to people's production and living, the industry to enlarge the scale and quantity of coal mining, coal transportation and monitor other links such as facing the threat of safety and quality, also increased the difficulty of the coal mine electrical control circuit maintenance, so how can in view of the common faults in the coal mine electrical control circuit taking effective maintenance measures has become the emphasis and difficulty in the current work. In this paper, through analysis the common faults of coal mine electric control circuit, combined with the existing research and the actual case, the maintenance method of electrical control circuit in coal mine and concrete system in this paper.
