保真汤含药血清对卡介苗活化的巨噬细胞分泌IL-12的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究保真汤抗结核的作用机制。方法:将保真汤含药血清作用于卡介苗活化的人单核-巨噬细胞U937,利用ELISA法检测细胞因子IL-12的含量。结果:与空白对照组相比,只有保真汤组高剂量组IL-12分泌量显著增多(p<0.05),卡介苗作用组有IL-12分泌量减少的趋势(P>0.05),保真汤中低剂量组与空白组相比IL-12分泌量差别不大;与卡介苗作用组相比,保真汤组高剂量组细胞IL-12分泌量显著增多(P<0.05),保真汤中低剂量组亦有使其分泌量增多的趋势。结论:保真汤通过增加巨噬细胞的IL-12分泌量,这可能是保真汤抗结核的作用机制的一部分。Objective：To study the mechanism of anti tuberculosis effect of fidelity decoction. Methods：The serum containing the essence of the decoction was injected into human mononuclear macrophage U937 activated by BCG,and the content of cytokine IL-12 was detected by ELISA. Results：Compared with the control group,only Baozhen Decoction group and high dose groups of IL-12 secretion increased significantly（p〉0.05）,BCG group IL-12 secretion effect decreased（P〈0.05）,fidelity Decoction low dose group compared with blank group IL-12 secretion had no significant difference;compared with the BCG group,fidelity Decoction group the high dose group of IL-12 cell secretion increased significantly（P〈0.05）,low dose of Baozhen Decoction group also have the secretion increased trend.Conclusion：Fidelity decoction may increase the secretion of IL-12 by macrophages,which may be part of the mechanism of anti TB effect of the decoction.
