世界城市建设科技创新中心的经验启示

摘　　要：进入二十一世纪,纽约、伦敦和东京等世界城市纷纷紧跟新科技革命潮流,先后成功开展了科技创新中心建设。三大世界城市在这方面的成功经验,如城市政府高度重视并主动规划,成立专门机构负责,充分发挥企业、NGO等的作用,注重产学研结合等,值得中国各大城市借鉴和学习。In the 21^st century, New York, London and Tokyo, which has been named World Cities, has been followed the tide of new technology revolutions and developed their own innovation centers＂ of science and technology successfully.Their good experiences will be enlightenments for Chinese big cities.Governments of World Cities paid high attention to innovation center of science and tech- nology and made plan aggressively, set up a special agency to implement it.Private companies and NGOs played an important role dur- ing this process.And they all emphasized on the integration of Production-Learning-Research.
