摘　　要：为了提高本科生的知识结构水平与锻炼他们的动手能力,本文提出了将老式复合真空计高真空机械控制开关转化为电子开关的改装方案,让本科生对老式复合真空计的测试原理具有一定的理解后,通过对原理的掌握来设计出对应的电子开关。这样一方面锻炼了学生的动手实践能力,另一方面可以通过电子开关对机械开关的替代使老式复合真空计的使用寿命变长,提高测量数据的准确度,节省了购置新真空计的费用。In order to have a further enhance on the knowledge structure and the application ablhty ot undergraduate,the mechanical switch in compound vacuum gauge was designed to be substituted by electronic switch. During the experiment process,the students need to have a deep understand of the work mechanism of the compound vacuum gauge,and then have a proper design scheme.This project can effectively increase the practice ability of students. The substitution of mechanical switch with electronic switch can increase the service life of compound vacuum gauge, improve the accurate of the measured vacuum value,and save the expanse of experiment.
