摘　　要：帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)是神经内科最常见的年龄相关性退行性疾病,目前帕金森病的诊断以临床诊断为主,主要依赖患者的临床症状及体征,因此熟练掌握帕金森病患者的常见症状显得尤为重要。CBL(Case-based learning,CBL)教学法,通过案例为主的学习,教师根据授课目的选择或设计案例,以学生为主体,教师加以引导和分析,从而强化学生对知识点的理解和记忆,提高学生分析、解决问题的能力。Parkinson＇s disease is the most common neurodegenerative disorder. Diagnosis of Parkinson＇s disease mainly depended on clinical manifestations so far. Thus it is important for medical students to remember and indentify the common symptoms of Parkinson＇s disease. Case-based learning （CBL） method emphasizes the significance of typical case. Through representative clinical case,teachers guide medical students to read relevantliteratures by various channels and then discuss the case by groups.Finally,teacher is responsible for concluding and correcting the students＇ learning outcomes to reinforce their memories and ability to solve problems.
