新时期高校关心下一代工作探析--以电子科技大学为例

摘　　要：习近平总书记指出:祖国的未来属于下一代,做好下一代工作关系到中华民族的伟大复兴。广大老干部、老战士、老专家、老教师、老模范等离退休同志是党和人民的宝贵财富,在高校中应充分利用离退休干部资源,积极开展关工委工作则至关重要,这关系到广大青年学生政治人格的塑造和政治能力的培养,以及政治方向的端正和政治立场的坚定。本文以电子科技大学为例,深入探析了如何在高校做好关心下一代工作的举措,增强工作的时效性。XI Jinping General secretary pointed out that the future of our motherland belongs to the next generation. We must do our best for the growth of the next generation because this is related with the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The majority of old cadres,soldiers,experts,teachers and model of retired veteran comrades are the most valuable wealth of our Party and the people. Therefore,in the full use of resources of retired cadres,and actively carry out the work of the conmaittee is crucial,which is related to the cultivation of the young students＇ political personality and political ability. Taking the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China as an example,this paper analyzes how to improve the work of the next generation in universities.
