摘　　要：节能、环保、高效是当今化工技术发展的大趋势,为了顺应发展的需要,过程装备的大型化是一个必然趋势。以大型醋酸仲丁酯(SBA)装置中酯化反应器的建造为基础,分别从材料,制造环境,特殊结构的设计、成形、焊接,以及检验等方面进行了介绍。Energy saving, environmental protection and high efficiency are the major trends in the development of Chemical Technology. In order to meet the needs of development, the large-scale process of equipment is an inevitable trend. Based on the construction of esterification reactor in large-scale SBA plant, the material, manufacturing environment, special structure design, forming, welding and inspection were introduced respectively.
