摘  要:目的探讨晚期早产儿矫正年龄1岁时神经行为发育情况。方法高危儿门诊持续随访、矫正年龄达1岁的晚期早产儿62例,以健康1岁龄足月儿65例为对照,应用Gesell发育诊断量表进行测评,比较两组神经行为发育情况。结果晚期早产儿在适应性、大运动、精细动作、语言和个人-社交能力方面的发育商均低于足月儿(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论晚期早产儿矫正年龄1岁时神经行为发育落后于足月儿,对其进行定期随访、评测,并实施早期干预至关重要。Objective To explore the neurodevelopment of late preterm infants at the corrected age of 1 year.Methods Sixty-two late preterm infants at the corrected age of 1 year and 65 1-year-old full-term infants were selected,in whom the neurobehavioral development status was evaluated with Gesell developmental scale(GDC).Results The GDC scores in five aspects of adaptive behavior,gross motor performance,fine motor movement,language development and individual social behaviors in the late preterm infants were significantly lower than those in those of full-term infants(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Conclusion Compared with full-term infants,the neurobehavioral development of late preterm infants at the corrected age of 1 year is delayed.It is very important to regularly follow up and evaluate the neurobehavioral development status and to early take the intervention measures in late preterm infants.
