摘 要:半自磨机排出的顽石硬度大、球形度高,具有磨矿介质特征。针对某铜硫金矿选矿厂分级机沉砂样,以顽石与钢球混合配比作为粗磨磨矿介质、全顽石作为粗精矿再磨介质,采用"铜硫混合浮选—粗精矿再磨—铜硫分离"工艺流程进行了浮选试验。在最佳条件试验的基础上进行闭路试验,最终可获得铜品位为18.45%、铜回收率为86.89%,金品位为16.68×10-6、金回收率为55.78%的铜精矿,高于工业生产实际指标。试验证实了顽石作为磨矿介质,在粗精矿细磨领域具有非常好的应用前景。The pebble discharged from SAG mill has a grinding media characteristic of big hardness and high spherical degree. A flotation process research of copper and sulfur mixed flotation-coarse concentrate grindingcopper sulfur separation had been carried out by using stone and steel ball as mixing coarse grinding media and the whole stone as re-grinding media when the flotation feed is the coarse spiral classifier in copper-sulfur gold mine.Closed-circuit tests were carried out on the basis of the best condition test.The results show that the final copper concentrate with copper grade of 18.45%, gold grade of 16.68× 10 -6, copper recovery of 86.89%, and gold recovery of 55.78% was otained, which is higher than the actual production index. It is confirmed that the pebble used as grinding media has a good prospect in fine grinding of rough concentrate.
