摘 要:针对某选矿厂氰渣进行了工艺矿物学研究,得出其中所含可回收利用的金属元素为Au,质量分数为2.51×10^(-6),主要包裹在黄铁矿和砷黄铁矿中。根据矿石性质,开展了单因素对浮选指标的影响试验,最终确定较适宜的浮选条件:矿石未磨,浓H_2SO_4除CN^-,矿浆pH=6.5,CuSO_4用量为150 g/t,丁铵黑药用量为70 g/t,丁基黄药用量为100 g/t,经过一次粗选、两次扫选、三次精选工艺试验,最终取得金精矿中金品位为18.70×10-6、回收率为70.18%的良好指标。A detailed mineralogy process study of a cyanide residue was performed, and the valuable metal elements is gold with the content of 2.51 × 10 6, which is mainly contained in pyrite and arsenopyrite. Single factor flotation test was performed according to property of mineral ore. Eventually, achieving the grade of gold concentration is18.70× 10.6 and recovery is 70.18% in suitable flotation conditions by adding CuSO4, ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate and buylxanthate, whose dosage are 150 × 10 -6, 70 × 10 -6 and 100× 10 -6, respectively, into the pulp in the test and cyanide residue without grinding, CN excluded by H2SO4, and the pH of pulp is 6.5, and also performing one roughing, two scavenging and three times cleaning.
