摘 要:老化是影响橡胶弹性体密封力学性能和使用寿命的重要因数之一。通过对丁腈橡胶密封材料进行不同温度下的热氧老化加速实验,开展老化实验时间及老化温度对橡胶力学性能的影响分析,并基于Arrhenius方程进行温度外推的方法预测橡胶贮存寿命。结果表明:随老化温度的升高和老化时间的延长,丁腈橡胶的硬度增大、拉断伸长率下降,100%定伸应力先迅速上升后趋于平缓,而拉伸强度在老化初期升高后期下降,压缩永久变形逐渐增大;当老化温度超过105℃后,丁腈橡胶的力学性能快速降低;以拉断伸长率为寿命预测评价指标推导出丁腈橡胶在23℃下的老化失效时间约为13年。Aging is one of the important factors that affect the mechanical properties and service life of rubber seals. Through the accelerated heat oxygen aging experiments under different temperature and time based on nitrile rubber(NBR) sealing materials, the effect of aging time and aging temperature on the mechanical properties of NBR was studied, and the life prediction of NBR was carried out through the temperature extrapolation based on the Arrhenius equation.The results show that with the increase of aging temperature and aging time,the hardness of NBR is increased, and the elongation at break is decreased.The 100% elongation stress is first increased rapidly and then becomes stable ,while the tensile strength is increased in the early stage of aging and then decreased, compression permanent deformation is increased gradually. When the aging temperature is over 105 %, the mechanical properties of NBR are decreases rapidly.The failure time of NBR at 23 ℃ is about 13 years with elongation at break as a evaluating indicator of the service life of NBR.
