摘 要:以PT喷油器为研究对象,分析针阀偶件的密封特性对喷油器工作可靠性的影响。针对喷油器针阀偶件间燃油的泄漏问题,运用流体动力学和摩擦学原理,对针阀、针阀体与两者之间的油膜情况进行双向流固耦合模拟计算,对比分析不同工况下,燃油温度、初始载荷对针阀偶件间隙油膜的厚度及泄漏量的影响。研究表明:针阀两端的压差增大、燃油温度升高、针阀偏心程度增大使针阀偶件间隙油膜的泄漏速率增大;燃油温度提高和偏转载荷增大易造成油膜的膜厚比下降,针阀偶件的润滑条件变差;针阀偶件两密封端面处油膜最薄,膜厚比下降,易出现刚性摩擦,发生磨损。The influence of the sealing performance of needle couples on the operating reliability of fuel injector was ana- lyzed with the Pressure-Time injector as the study object.Aimed at the leakage of fuel between needle valve and valve body of Pressure-Time injector, based on the theory of fluid dynamics and tribology, the oil film thickness of the needle valve, the valve body of Pressure-Time injector and between of them was calculated by bidirectional fluid-solid coupling method, the oil film thickness and the leakage of fuel under different fuel temperature and initial load were compared.The results indi- cate that the leakage rate is increased with the increasing of differential pressure on both sides of the oil fihn, the fuel tem- perature and the eccentricity of the needle valve. With the increasing of fuel temperature and deflection moment, the film thickness ratio is decreased, and the lubrication condition of the needle couplings becomes worse.The end face of the nee- die valve is prone to wear due to the lower film thickness ratio.
